I haven't driven the truck much in the couple of years since I bought it.
The last time I drove it, after about 1/2 mile the right front brake locked completely up, and the back reservoir on the Master was very low.
Any ideas what this might be?

I believe if you crack the bleeder on that side fluid should come out if it's a bad line (after pressure has been applied and that side is locked up). If no fluid comes out I would take a look a the caliper itself.
