I am buying 1948-1953 GMC parts to restore.
e-mail me what you have for sale, clean out
your excess junk parts.
BUYING any and all parts that weigh on your bathroom scale less than 3 pounds.
If the part weighs over 3 pounds not interested.
Do not throw away I pay for the part and I pay the shipping to get it to me.

Ummm! 3lbs?? Won't get you much, box may weigh close to 1/2 or 1 lb itself! Why this restriction? I have lots of just plain rusty junk, Now THAT wouldn't be worth much no matter how much it weighs! grin

Hi
for JH Profit
I dont think anyone restores pistons do they ??
I restore small parts.
FOR G L Perry
I made this statement 3 pounds because
I didnt want 2000 e-mails with someons saying or asking would I be interested In::
engine pistons
transmissions
rear ends
engines
driveshafts and etc. I have done this before and I am only interested in small stuff to restore
where the shipping doesnt eat me alive.
I can get plenty of that stuff locally with no shipping charges
I am only interested in small things to restore
hinges, gages, dash trim, glovebox doors ,stainless trim, and things that cannot purchased new at the vendors. I think you will get the idea,
IT DEFINATELY GOT YOUR AND PROFITS ATTENTION
THAT IS WHAT I WANTED TO ACCOMPLISH WITH ONLY
HAVING TO RESPOND TO ONE E-MAIL WHICH IS YOURS.
NOW ALL THE MEMBERS KNOW WHAT I want ,thanks to you.
Gmc parts wanted that do not weigh over 3 pounds
no I dont expect you to weigh them They could be 10 pounds I dont care.I just trying to get a point across on what I am interestyed in buying.
thanks to you I did that.
Also:
I AM DOING MY BEST TO FIND A KENT MOORE K-353
TRANSMISSION GEARSHIFT LEVER REMOVER FOR YOU
WHEN I DO THIS WHICH I GUARANTEE YOU I WILL
i WILL NEED YOUR ADDRESS AND i WILL SEND IT TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE.(I PROMISE)
AS FOR JH PROFIT I AM PUTTING A 302 TOGETHER
IN A GMC PICKUP
that just might wax his [censored] in the quarter mile!!!

All in all I think you get the point in what I am interested in buying

You might want to send me your address now because
I dont know when but I promise I will find one for you.
THANKS FOR LETTING ME HAVE SOME FUN THIS MORNING.
This group is this best in the world
Mike

Mike, I really think that you should put this "ad" in the SWAP MEET. It will be there for everyone to check out. Our policy here is... "selling things" and "wants" have a place in swap meet that is free and gets great results. Believe me, I don't want to be the "bad guy" here, I'm just doing my job as the "SWAP MEET SIREN" the best I know how. Thanks

you are absolutely right. I made a mistake and I am sorry so turn the siren off.
Now that the mistake is history what do we do about the future ???
Every problem has a solution.
what is the solution now.
Turn the siren back on and tell me what to do now.
Can you delete the whole subject ???
And start over in the swap meet ???
or are you just scolding me and informing me not to do it again??
I want to be a good boy and fix it now
but I dont know how
Mike

No big deal. Just letting you know that the swap meet will have your ad available to everyone with your email. This way when the message is long gone and lost, your ad will be where anyone with GMC parts can get ahold of you. Please email me if you need help putting the ad in. Also, if a person starts the message, he is the only one that can delete it. Everything written after it, is deleted also, so if there is information that you think should be saved, then better not delete it. Everything is cool. ;-)
