I have a pedal that goes through the floor and has a pad of some sort on the end of it. My first impression was "A Flintstone E-Brake!!!" After looking at it for a bit I can only assume it was an auxilliary "foot" and pressed on another "pedal" under the floorboard. Am I right???

Tim 1954Advance-Design.com 1954 3106 Carryall Suburban 1954 3104 5-window pickup w/Hydra-Matic The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" -- this is a splash oiler.

My question is...what does the block of wood or whatever it is, push on??? The pedal goes thru the floor and terminates in mid air!
