Folks,

Got some godawful rallye style wheels on my beloved truck that I just hate. Want to get stock or as close to stock as possible 8-lug replacements and have checked out Stockton Wheels selection, but find them pretty pricey. Any other options suggested other than combing the junkyards, ebay and craigslist?

I have OEM 92 on my 68 C20, been running for 8 years no problem.

Too bad you have the 8 lug 3/4 ton. I bought a set of 6 lug stock wheels for my 59. I have since gone to IFS and 5 lug. The 8 lug wheels are taking up room in my garage!!

I too like the stock wheel look, although I will probably go a little bit hot-rod with red paint and baby moons.

I take it these are 1992 OEMs? Where did you track down same?

I bought my set of 92 OEMs from fellow worker about 15 years ago. I've had them on both my 63 and 68. They even fit the rear of my 68 after O put the wider 73 rear axle in it. I would think if you had to have them Stockton Wheel Co. would have them.

Oh, Stockton has the stuff I need. They're just damned pricey and before pulling that trigger, I thought I'd ask around about other options that might have that mythical combination of being just as good AND cheaper.
