i stared painting my truck last night, i notice as the paint was drying in a few spots it was blistering and made some wrinkles. what cause this.

You're going to have to a little more specific here... like what kind of paint, what prep work, etc. Bute a WAG is that the surface wasn't properly prepared or you might have water in your air line.

Photos would help too.

Possibly the paint solvent affecting some primer etc in the lower layers-softens the lower layer wrinkling what's on top of it..more info would be helpful.

i put on a sealer ,than the base coat, after about the 2nd coat it started to wrinkle ,but not allover just in a few small spots.
