I had to pull the radiator to show the repair shop so it is out of the truck....so no coolant is in the engine. How long can I leave it that way before messing up the engine? I was ready to buy the new radiator and then some repair work to the dailey driver left me a little short.

There are no side effects to leaving the engine high and dry...don't hurry your job, it will be fine.
