My noise sounds like a throw out bearing howling near top of rpm range, but sounds like its from valves kinda :confused: ...No noise at idle, 30-40 psi at idle cold, about 10-15psi hot. Any ideals? Sometimes after a ride sitting at a light I feel like keeping my foot on the throttle a little to keep the oil pressure a little higher. Just a little rpm will raise it substantially.

Easy way to check is to slightly disengage the clutch. If the noise changes, then replace the bearing. Otherwise, it's a lot of work best spent elsewhere.
Does the noise occur only when the truck is moving, or when the engine is revved up? If only when moving, look to the drive train. If when revved up, probably in the engine compartment. Speed up the engine and get out the hose. Start with generator, water pump, and listen around.
