It has the trailing arm/coil spring rear end. Was/is there a 12-bolt that will bolt in? Is the 10-bolt stout enough? I do not plan to race the truck (well, not a lot, anyway).

For daily driving, the 10 bolt will last a long time. But the 12 bolt is stronger. I found a 12 bolt locker that is going to go in my 69. Right now I'm doubling the h.p.
