I even purchased the insallation tool. I also purchase cement (glue). Can any one give some installaion advice before I start. I was thinking of paint the interior roof with POR 15 to kind of seal it and prevent rusting before I start. I can attest with a black roof and no AC it gets hot.

Are you using the two piece cardboard or the one piece abs plastic? If cardboard, unroll it and let it sit in the sun for a few hours.
What do you have the glue for? none is needed. and what is the installation tool?? never seen one...
