I have a 67 C10, with a 250 engine. Awhile back, someone converted it to floorshift, sorta. I say sorta because they put it in backwards, and because of that, my "H" pattern is backwards. I think I can straighten that out fairly easily, but I would prefer to put the linkage back on the column. Would appreciate knowing what year trucks, if any, have linkage that will interchange with my truck. Also, would appreciate any leads on where I might locate the linkage. Thanks in advance.

For the linkage, you'll need to find someone with a donor truck. Try putting an ad in the swap meet. You'll probably find that the reason for the conversion was due to the bushings in the column were worn out, so you'll need to replace them with new.

Making the floor shift pattern backwards is an old trick, some guys did it back when I was in high school, but I can't remember what they did to make it happen, but it wasn't that hard.
