Hey guys, I've been thinking about adding one. I already have the spotlight itself and the install kit is still available new at Unity.

I was wondering if anyone had pictures of factory spot light equipped Task Force trucks (1955-1959). I can't seem to find any except the street rod kustom "Dummy Spots" that I DON'T want.

Thanks!!

Scott

The Official Factory Approved Accessory Spot light (at least for GMC task force) is shown in the 1956 Accessory catalog that I have. It was provided by the dealer with installation instructions for dealer or owner. 99% were on utility, law inforcement, forest service, fire. etc, especially on Carryalls (GMC version of Suburban). I have the catalog pillar mount pic, an original fire truck pic (mounted at/near the visor mount and a pic of a Carryall pillar mount (not sure if it is factory) These are all GMC's, the approved spot had a rear view mirror on it. Don't know what chevy had. Send email for pics. I will continue to look thru my billions of pics for a Chevy one. Seems like the gallery would have one. Bartamos.

I've got a spotlight on my '57 Chev. dump, don't know if its a factory unit or not. My truck was a former firetruck and the spotlight is the only thing I kept from its original firefighting equipment. I'll take some closeup pics soon and post them on my webshots album. JAMES
