I have steering wheel on my 36 chevy truck that is still in great shape. Just needs a coat of something to keep the black rubber from getting on your hands especially if they are wet. Any suggestions about paint or preparation. Thanks Hudson.

ive heard of guys using krylon plastic spray paint...but im not sure how that would hold up.

bmxinvasion, Thanks for your reply. I have tried crystal clear Rustolieum Gloss Enamel, After several coats the old steering wheel has a somewhat shinny coat, I'll just have to see how it wears when I start using it. Thanks for your reply.
