For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,254 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,254 | In the past years I continue to follow the Saga of "Billy Bob." I love reading it as much as anyone. Thank you.
One part of the cleaning process is to put all the nuts and bolts in for a cleaning session. The tumbler. Eastwood sells these things for around $110-200. Last week I was at Harbor Freight and noticed they had one for $55. No shipping charges involved.
What would be the difference in the machines? The Harbor Freight tumbler would save around $50.
TIA

A co-worker has a bunch of penny's and nickles that went under the flood waters of Katrina. I brought the tumbler to work and let him use it for a few nights, the coins cam out real clean. At that time we used crushed wal-nut shells we bought at a feed store. This is the same stiff you can use in your cab. blaster.

They were good for about 8 hours each, and a 60 mile round trip. For what I spent on gas and the unit, I could have bought a good one. I still don't have on that works.
