Can anyone give me a procedure to do this right the first time? They need an offset counter sunk hole for the washer as well right? Oh, and I'm not even sure if they are the correct length or need to be trimmed. What is the length for a 55 short bed?
Thanks. Michael

To counter sink the off-set washer, use a Forsner Bit (Porter and Cable make them) and drill the bolt hole second. Or else the forsner bit will dance around your boards.
