Does anyone know if the center cable is removable and if so does it come out the top (speedometer) end or bottom? I have some speedo cable lube (yep they do make it) but I am not sure which way to pull the cable to lube it. I am trying to do it simply and do it cheaply (I'm already over "budget" on the truck). While you have the cable out to apply lube, remember to applt a little to the end that gets inserted to the back of the speedo-- you don't need a lot, just a little will free up the action after a couple of miles. That will stop the needle from jumping as you change speeds.

You mentioned yours rides a little harsh. Mine rides pretty nice with the torsion bar suspension, so maybe the air shocks are affecting the ride. Good luck with it.
