I am restoring a 41 1-1/2 Chevy open cab fire truck that has a 36-39 dash in it and I need a glovebox lock and key for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and GOD BLESS. Terry H.
Don't mean to hijack the thread, but I have a LOCKED glovebox and was wondering how to open without destroying things, I have access to the back as the cardboard is missing....(no KEY)
You may be able to get to the screws that hold either the stricker plate at the latch or the screws at the hinge. Hope this is some help and good look. GOD BLESS. Terry
