Why do '64-66 Chevys have different horn buttons. I have never understood this. Catologes usually just seem to offer one type (the smaller one). Sorry if I sound naive I just have never understood. Here is a view of my '66 and '65s horn buttons 1966 C10 1965 C20

Most of the catalogs I've looked in have the one that is on your '66, its the same one that is on my '66. Will the horn buttons swap between the two trucks?
LMC part #34-0418, its the big one.
Brother's Trucks, but it looks like the small one.

No, they don't swap at all. The one on the '65 is smaller, the steering wheels are different. The steering wheel on my other '66(this truck is not on stovebolt) has the same button as the '66 I have pictured. The buttons you have listed there are both the smaller type, I have actually ordered the one that LMC had and it was the small type. Thanks
