I got my front disc conversion kit on my 49 GMC 1/2 ton last night. Went from 16, 6 bolt, to 15, 5 bolt pattern. Question is. What size tires can I go to safely without having rubbing problems? I was thinking of getting some 215/60R15s. Would they work okay?

216/60s should be even easier to fit since they are not as wide and not as tall.
Mine are the same size wheels and tires I ran before the conversion (I did swap wheels), and it appears my conversion moved the tires outward a fraction of an inch.
