All I could find is "...tighten gradually one turn at a time to compress spring evenly and prevent possible distortion of cover flange. Remove aligning arbor when bolts are tight."
In my Chevy manual it is listed at 45-55 ft/lb. | | |

Make sure to tighten evenly as Cletis said. Brian | | |
