I am talking specifically about the length from the 90+ degree to the foot pad and then the length from the bend to the hook that attaches to the eye bolt that actuates the throwout bearing.

I was looking at the parts book and the 1/2 ton and the larger COMM and UTIL trucks show different part numbers. 1/2 - p/n 3659947 COMM - pn 3682201
I would think the size of the frame would put the body and the engine in a different location when compared to the half ton.
Dont really have any specs on the length. The bushings may also be a different size.
Hope this is some help. I will crawl under my truck and take some measurements and get back with you.

Most larger trucks had the Master Cylinder mounted on the frame. Most 1/2 tons had the MC mounted in a cradle that bolted to the transmission and the bellhousing. Sure in both trucks the pedals bolted to the bellhousing, but how they actually worked was completly different.
On my 1940 GMC 3/4 ton, I had the cradle type bracket for the MC. I figured it would be eazier to put a dual chamber MC with the other setup because I was putting a larger transmission in. I found a set on ebay and rebuilt them. As for the actual length of the clutch pedals... I don't know, but I believe it does have a different pivot point with relation to the bellhousing. I can email you pics of both setups which are on the shelf.

For the 1/2 ton.
From the pedal (the part you step on) to the first bend, is a little less than 90 degrees, its about 6 3/4 inches.
From the bend to the bushing is about 11 3/4 inches.
Bushing to the hook is about 2 1/2 inches.
Length of bushing is 1 1/2 inches.
Not sure what you'r trying to do, but I agree with John.

The reason I am asking this is that my clutch pedal has always been about 3 inches lower than my brake pedal. This was true even before I upgraded to an SM420 with a JC bell housing modified for the pedal set up. My MC is also bolted to the frame. As I was laying underneath the truck the other day I noticed some different diameters on the pedals, the clutch looked smaller around the pivot point than the brake. So I am wondering if I have a 1/2 Ton clutch pedal. I will measure it and compare to Jim's dimensions. With different parts numbers, I am thinking I have the wrong pedal. No real surprise there are several secrets like that on my panel.I will do some measuring and let you all know what I find, again thanks.

I believe you can correct that on your truck by using an adjustable rod and clevis from the force reversing lever to the master cylinder.
Basically when you step on the brake pedal, it sets up a pulling force. The pedal has a rod and clevis that is connected to a lever that is mounted to the frame That lever has another rod and clevis that now uses a pushing force to the MC. I believe there were also some pedal bumpers that were originally used which acted as a stop under the floor. Those have probably long since deteriorated, contributing to your problem.
