Here's another one...I've just replaced the head on my 235 and it now runs extremly rough. The plugs in 1,2 & 3 are severly carboned after running for 10 minutes while the plugs in 4,5 & 6 look like new (They are all new). The firing order is correct.Any thoughts? One other thing... the rotor is hitting the contacts in the distributor (new cap)

There are different height caps. You may have the wrong rotor with the wrong cap.
