I am looking at a 57 3200 frame with the original 235 and 3 speed trans. As I was looking at the pics of the frame I noticed that it has leaf springs all around. My question is of the three kits available which one should I get?
2000 lb underframe 2.5"
2000 lb underframe 2"
3000 lb Sideframe 2.5"
thats if they work.
Its possible to keep somewhat original this way it seems. My plan is to build up a 1956 or 57 3100/3200.

| | | | | Joined: May 2002 Posts: 155 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2002 Posts: 155 | I didn't see these kits in Jeg's, but there are a couple of manufacturers of air ride kits...NAPA, Schucks, etc. all carry them..I'd check with local parts house for your application..
I went with frame side on my 3/4T Suburban, because the springs are on the side of the frame, not under it..
