I've greased everything inside the door that I can reach, and fired off a full can of WD-40 in the general direction of areas that I can't reach. No effect.
Any suggestions? Could it be that the squeal is actually coming from the window channel rather than inside the door?

Your channel fuzzies (theres a technical term for you) probably need replaced. A liberal dose of silicone spray can help. It would be best to pull the trim panel & spray directly into the channel. If you don't want to do that you can sometimes spray a ton into the channel you can get to, then roll the window up to coat the glass and roll it down to spread it in the lower channel. It usually takes several "applications" for that method to work, if it works.
