Hello All

I'm looking for the net hp and at what RPM that would be stamped in the I D tag on the door frame. I have a 1949 3100 with a 216 in it. Im the Gm manual it is listed as 29.5 hp SAE but no RPM. Can anyone tell me were i can obtain this imfo.???

Looked in the owners manual and found HP but not at what RPM.
