It is in really good shape as far as I can tell. Not a spot of rust inside it, turns very freely, and all the gears work fine. There is a little play in the shafts but I believe new bearings would take care of that. Anyway, here is the number that was stamped on it:

Can anyone tell me for sure what I have? Thanks.
