If you're going to part it out anyway then you will already have the clip ready to go should anyone want it. There will be bolts at the top and bottom of the fenders, and there may be some in the door jamb as well, then probably under the rad support, then lift it off with your engine lift and set it aside, there will also be wiring and possibly other things that are connected between the cab and front clip, hope that helps. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 169 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 169 | Bucket,
I just pulled the 350 V8 from a 1972 C50 and only removed the radiator and front accessories. I didn't even remove the hood. Chained the engine very close to the hook and was able to clear everything.
The '72 is very similar to the '68.

Time you take the fan off you have nothing but space. I used to pull them in an hour back in my younger day,s.
