a po has removed the original turn signal guts in my 60 steering column. i have a signal stat 900 i'm going to mount in place. can i use the original 2 terminal flasher in the fuse panel? should i connect the pilot and load together on the single flasher wire or not use the pilot wire? thanks! | | | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 Riding in the Passing Lane | | Riding in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 | Howdy neighbor. You can use the 2 prong flasher if you have indicator lights in the dash. You can hook them to the front turn signals. If you want to use the pilot in the switch you will need a 3 prong flasher. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum | | | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 73 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 73 | thanks. the indicators are in the dash. so am i understanding correctly that the pilot is just simply to light the indicators on the turn signal stalk? | | |
