Hi has any one had any horror stories or had any luck with finding a quality new 1 ton AD front grill I am trying to make a decision weather to repair mine or repalce it, the chrome is half peeled away but its not badly rusted and has no dents I dont know what it would take to paint it, I am not particular on weather the grill is chrome or painted just want a little quality Thank You

Well, the best quality grill would probably(and others will probably agree) be the one you have. So I say just repair it and either paint it or chrome it(if you do make sure the place has good reputation or you end up with a crappy chrome grill).

I second that advice. I hope you were not considering getting a reproduction one.

Have you checked your other post in the Paint and Body section of the forums? They've already told you what you need to do.
