I would think up north with all the road salt those parts would need patching. Chevy Duty doesn't carry them in their catalog. You might call to verify. You may have to make your own.

If you are lucky, maybe you can find better fenders to replace yours. Otherwise you have to pay dearly for new ones or repair the old ones. That is what I did for a friend on his '54 3100. Might be costly but a new fender will be near $400. You might also think about fiberglass repair.
