on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 48 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 48 | Hey there! I'm the new guy on the block. I thought I'd share the progress of our restoration. My dad and I have been eyeing the family truck. It's a 1948 GMC FC303 flatbed. My grandfather bought this truck brand new and it's been in the family ever since. They drove it for 30 years, then it sat for another 30 years. I saw it last driven onto the back lot when I was a little kid. And now, we're undertaking the scary venture of restoring it. how scary? hah! here's some pics! I'll get pics of the whole truck. but right now, there are too many trees in the way. http://s271.photobucket.com/albums/jj155/turpentyne/ | | | | | Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 382 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 382 | Cool new project, turpentyne! Should keep you busy for a day or two, I reckon. Keep us abreast of the progress! Welcome to the 'Bolt!!
