I'm currently going through the same thing on my '60 235. I checked the local parts houses, specialty shops, mail order, ARP, Stovebolt engine co, Patricks, etc. I couldn't find a set of main bolts anywhere. From what I've heard, you've got to find a good set of main bolts from a donor engine and clean them up.

As for the rods, I bought a set of 6 recons from Engine Parts Warehouse. They were completely reworked and have new bolts. NAPA may also have new rods or bolts.
