The factory stance of my 64 Chevy has the rear end higher than the front end. Is there any way to only lower the rear end?

Load a couple motors in the bed. That should bring it down... LOL

You don't say which rear suspension you have, the coil springs or leaf springs. Kits are available to lower either.

Lowering only one end will change front-end caster and might cause it to steer kinda funny. Probably lots of info on the web about how to deal with that though. Good luck dropping. cool
