Hi! Happy 4th!

I'm rebuilding my 216 Rocker assembly and using Fenton high lift rocker arms. I have two questions for anyone familiar with this setup.

First, the Fenton rocker arms were numbered 1 and 2. The stock GM intake rocker arms are numbered 5 and 6, while stock exhaust rockers are 1 and 2. The box says the Fentons are for intake. Is there any possibility that someone stuck high lift exhaust arms into my box? eek

Second, I went ahead and installed them as intake arms. And they line up OK. Only the pushrods for these rockers are leaning against the side of their holes. (Stock, they line up exactly centered.) Does that sound normal?

I'm just wanting to try these out. I'm also planning to add dual intake, and be able to cruise at 55 on secondary highways. cool

Thanks!

I'm not familar with the fenton set up but you certainly better not have any contact with the push tube holes and you may have to enlarge them so that you have clearance
