| | | | Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 121 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 121 | well in my last post about why is my truck sitting crooked on the d.s side by 15/16 of a inch. i shimmed the cab but i did not like that fix. i went and looked at a known straight frame at a busniess close to home , it was very odvious my frame looked like a pretzel. i went to dads house where i had a perfect long frame and a perfect short bed frame i had tried to subframe years ago. i took alot of mesurments and cut the front section off the long bed frame and weled and fish plated onto my short bed frame. my splice is not apperant from the outside and my frame has no more than 1/16th of a inch off on any mesurment. i will post pics when it is painted.and at my house
