| | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 117 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 117 | I am going to convert the 261 in my 1st series 55 3100 to side motor mounts using the early Ford biscuit style mounts. How much deflection (flattening) of the rubber biscuit can I anticipate. The difficult part is doing this while the engine is installed in the truck and I don't have much room for error.
Thanks for any suggestions.
