Edit: Reason - I'm changing out the pins and bushings (fairly new) from my stock axle to one of Sid's dropped axles.

They did with the one I got from Moog. They're more of a belleville washer kind of deal. The dished side goes in towards the pin, tapped down to lock it in place, then staked in 4 places to keep it from coming out.

The ones I put on just a few months ago I put dished-side out (kinda looks like a dome, ya know?) The kingpin set didn't have any instructions so I just put them in the way the old ones were in.

I'll explain a little better. The cap goes in so that the domed side goes out, the dished side goes in. The cap is then tapped down slightly to put pressure on it to make it lock into place and seal. Then it's staked in 4 places (a center punch works great) to lock it in perminantly.
