Sure it's been done and looking for some help/advise before I tackle her. Engine mounts?, and the question of the project. Will the stock 4-sp tranny w/ granny low bolt up to the 348?

I'm ready to tear into it. Just found a new book on rebuilding 348/409's that is real helpful by George McHicholl, "How to Build Classic Hot Rod V-8 Engines". Not much on those ol' classic's but I love em.
