Hi All,
I am reassembling the doors on my '54 panel. Is there a BEST order to this reassembly? Does the door latch mechanism go in before the window regulator? Is it better to hang and adjust the doors first or reassemble off the body? As always, THANKS

All the best, Ted

Ted,
Yes the door latch is the first thing to go in, the window channel will bolt in basically over top of it , so it must be in there first.
I installed the wing window with the door layin flat on a set of sawhorses , I have power windows so i am going to wait to install the regulators and glass till the doors are mounted and adjusted Just because of all the xtra weight.
Hope this helps.
Tim
