For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 102 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: May 2006 Posts: 102 | Hi All, I am reassembling the doors on my '54 panel. Is there a BEST order to this reassembly? Does the door latch mechanism go in before the window regulator? Is it better to hang and adjust the doors first or reassemble off the body? As always, THANKS
All the best, Ted

I installed the wing window with the door layin flat on a set of sawhorses , I have power windows so i am going to wait to install the regulators and glass till the doors are mounted and adjusted Just because of all the xtra weight. Hope this helps. Tim | | |
