Can't get my new weatherstripping to seal around the doors when they are closed. I can see daylight in certain areas. Tried everyhting 20 or more times...doors aligning, moving, adjusting doors etc...top in, bottom in, top out bottom out, door in, door out, door up, door down and many combinatations of the above.

What can I do? Trying to keep it them in spec with quarter panels as well. hmm...stumped

assuming you have the right rubber [odd teardrop kinda profile rubber, NOT round], could be that the doors are tweaked .... the 55-59 doors are very hard to get right, some weren't right from the factory

my 57 shows light in an area of the drivers door beacause the opening was deformed from a wreck ohwell you might need to close the door on a chunk of wood and reef in on the offending area

Do you have the door weatherstripping on correctly. I have heard of people install backwards, or the right on the left.... just checking.
