assuming you have the right rubber [odd teardrop kinda profile rubber, NOT round], could be that the doors are tweaked .... the 55-59 doors are very hard to get right, some weren't right from the factory
my 57 shows light in an area of the drivers door beacause the opening was deformed from a wreck
you might need to close the door on a chunk of wood and reef in on the offending area
