I am retrofitting a big window from a '58 onto my small window '59. The rub is this, I am changing the captive nuts for the door strikers because on big windows, there is a brace in between the nuts and the doorframe. The small window '59 has 5/16-24 bolts and the big window '58 has 1/4-20 bolts. Are they different because of the window or the year model? I'd like to make them correct for the '59. Thanks
They named it Apache cause it has a patchy welded here and a patchy welded there.
