on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 125 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 125 | Was kicking around a junkyard today and found an old 50 somethng Chevy turck that had a radio in it. It fit the opening perfectly including melted knobs, but had no push buttons. Dial had numbers writen on diagnal. Under the dash was a large box with speaker and tubes which I guess was the heart of the radio. Wondering if this was some kind of period accesory radio. Anyone ever see one like this?
Thanks

There were some GM radios of an older vintage with a two piece design and also the 1950 Chev car used a two piece design. | | |
