Wish I could help you with the bumper mounts, but it is outside of my arena.

There are two frame extension brackets for each side; the top one has a double bend and the bottom one has a single bend. The rear bumper face bar has a full width attaching bar between the face bar and the frame extensions. Your tailgate will hit the top of the bumper if you let it drop down without the chains. 99% of the pickups did not get a rear bumper (extra cost option) 99% of the panel trucks did have them.
34 & 35 trucks are the greatest
