I Got a T5 From an 86 Blazer 4 wheel drive with 2.8 V6. I thought I could remove the transfer case and use the tail shaft and housing from the transfer case on the back of the transmission. Will not fit, different bolt pattern.....So can I use the tail shaft and housing from a 2 wheel drive on the back of this T5? If so, does any one have one I could purchase?

I think you can, quien sabe? Check around at tranny shops and see if you can find a tranny with a bad box and a good tailshaft, should be cheap.
