i have a 54 3100 i have swapped for and open drivershaft transmission, i would like to find out the ratios, i have two, one is orange in color and the #s on it are 3846122 below that is e156. the other one is 37988183, also looks below that # is 7 62. i would appreciate any help. thank.

The best way to find the ratios is to put it
into each gear & count the revolutions of each
shaft. High gear is always 1-1 (except with
o-drive) Or you can pull the cover & count the
teeth.
