After further investigation I found a bent push rod and the #4 intake was stuck. this engine didn't run for 20 years, so I'm surprised I didn't find more wrong. Do I have to pull the head or is there a trick to unsticking the valve?

If it is too rusted then pulling the head and cleaning the valve stems and guides my be your next option. | | |
