How much money do you have?
If you have some cange around for this project, I whole heartedly endorse getting an M2 front end kit from somewhere. Don't go for original M2 parts as they are kinda weak and the strut rod is a pain in the butt. There are plenty of kits out there from various manufacturers that will work great and install easily. No need to get fancy unless you are going to show it.
As for rears, there are tons of them out there. Most passenger car 10 bolts from the late 60's - early 70's will fit okay. Just get something that is almost as wide as your original rear. Get one too short and getting wheels will be a bear.
Pick up a copy of Street Rodder Magazine. Tons of ideas in there. There are also lots of other publications out there to get ideas from.
Whatever you do DO NOT SUBFRAME YOUR TRUCK!! You will hate yourself in the morning!!
This is past experience speaking!
