My Father ran across a 4 spd. and called me wanting to post this to get some help on its ID. Here are all the numbers found on it and he says it has some sort of counter-weight on tail shaft. GM-128925856, C-22, 0293, 6261884. I hope this will help identify it.

Thanks in advance!

Mike

4 spd, counter weight on tailshaft? Does it have an 8 bolt side cover? Sounds like a Saginaw car 4 spd,the counter weight models are usually the 3.50 or 3.11 first gear versions
