they all pit! i had some redone for my 55' panel and they will be fine for mine as it's not going to be a show truck.

What did it cost to have them re-chromed? I saw a a complete pair of nos tail lights go for around $135 on ebay recently.

I found Pauls Chrome and Nu-Chrome via the internet under "Chrome restoration". They gave a preliminary estimate of $200 to 250 EACH to fix the pits and rechrome. I'm going to look into one of my only local guys and get a price, but if you see a good set on Ebay you should jump on them! They don't come along very often.
